Shipping Information

Delivery Times (UK)

UK deliveries can take between 1-2 weeks for non custom and/or hand stamped items and 2-3 weeks for custom and/or hand stamped orders. Emma L'Amour love to take care of your jewellery as if each piece were our own. This means a lot of time is needed to be invested to ensure your jewellery is finished to the highest quality standard.

To prevent any delays, please ensure that the delivery address you give us at checkout stage is accurate as we are unable to change shipping details once an order has been placed. A signature may be required on delivery, otherwise you may need to rearrange or pick up from your local post office.

Although Emma L'amour send all orders via 1st class post, please allow 14 days for deliveries to arrive following the receipt of your order dispatch email.

Please note, goods comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.

Emma L'Amour cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

International deliveries
Dispatch times to the USA is between 1-2 weeks for non custom and/or hand stamped items and 2-3 weeks for custom and/or hand stamped orders. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail tracked postal service. Please allow 5-10 days for deliveries to arrive following the receipt of your order has been dispatched email.

Please note, goods comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.

Emma L'Amour cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

Lost or stolen packages


Emma L'Amour are not responsibility for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Emma L'Amour will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

If your package is not delivered within 14 days of posting, you will be able to open a case with Royal Mail to claim for a refund. Emma L'Amour will not take responsibility for opening the claim, this is the responsibility of the recipient, however, Emma L'Amour maybe able to support process.

Returns


Return Policy for Personalised Items

I accept returns for non-personalised items damaged in transit only (unless items are faulty - see below) and you must contact me at hello@emmalamour.co.uk within 3 days of item being delivered, providing pictures where possible - you will have an option for the item to be repaired or exchanged.

Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. We recommend you send your item using a tracked service as we will not be liable for any items lost in returning them to us.

I may ask for proof of return postage so it's important you keep a receipt.

All products must be returned to us within 14 days of your notification to return, upon receipt of which we will issue the exchange.

You must include the following information within your parcel;

Full name, delivery address, order number, email address, reason for refund/exchange

Failure to include the above will cause a delay.

If parcel lost or sent to the wrong address, which was originally supplied by the customer, we will not refund or exchange.

Refund will be placed only after receiving the jewellery back. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you that we have received your returned item.

All refunds will be issued by the same method that the original payment was taken and within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

Earrings due to health and hygiene reasons

Return Policy for Non-Personalised Items
If you're wanting to return a non-personalised item, then you have 28 days to return from date of dispatch. You must notify me at hello@emmalamour.co.uk before you return your item to receive returns instructions.

Faulty/Broken Items


We handcraft all of the jewellery and check every piece carefully before it is sent out to you. However, every now and then a fault may arise or items of our jewellery may break due to a fault. If we can’t fix your item by replacing components of the jewellery itself, then we will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund.

Before sending any items back to us, you must notify us so we can know to except the return and provide you options of what we can offer to fix the problem. A photo of said item will be required with an explanation of how the item became broken or where the fault has appeared. We may ask you to sent the faulty item back to us - we recommend sending all items back by recorded post as we are not liable for items not reaching us. Please return item in original packaging to avoid any further damage and a note with your details including your order number.

Faulty/Broken items can only be replaced/exchanged under this policy within 28 days of the date when the order was posted to the customer. Anything outside of 28 days will not be eligible for a refund or otherwise.

Cancellation Policy


If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform me at hello@emmalamour.couk within 48 hours of the order being placed. A full refund will be given and returned to the original payment method within 7 working days of cancellation notice.
